Today, Islanders forward Josh Bailey is celebrating his 25th birthday.
Last season, Bailey set a career high in assists with 30 and points with 38 in 70 games for the Islanders. Even with the career milestones, Bailey has yet to be able to resemble any sort of consistency in his play putting him in a position where he might not be in the lineup on opening night after the influx of forwards into the Islanders organization over the off season. Bailey has accumulated 177 points in 406 games in his NHL career.
