According to Arthur Staple of Newsday, 2011 first round pick Ryan Strome and 2012 first round pick Griffin Reinhart will be attending Islanders camp which is reportedly going to start on Sunday.
Strome I think has a chance to get at least the brief look before they decide on him. Bob McKenzie of TSN reports that junior players will have a five game window in the shortened season before teams need to decide if they are being kept up or sent back to their junior team. However, regarding Reinhart, I think he is just being kept here for the experience of a pro camp and they don't realistically think he can make the team.
