Tonight, our Islanders are set to play host to the Carolina Hurricanes in the final home opener at Nassau Coliseum before the team moves to Barclays Center for next season.
The goalie match up tonight features Anton Khudobin for the Hurricanes. Meanwhile, in a bit of a surprising move, Chad Johnson will get the nod in net for the Islanders. Jaroslav Halak who started last night in the Islanders 5-3 win will have the night off.
Based off this mornings morning skate, it appears as though both teams will be dressing the same lineup as last nights game.
