Tonight, our Islanders travel to Nashville looking to snap this two game losing streak as they face off against the Predators. After being at the top of the league for the entire season, the Predators have been going through some struggles recently as they have lost 4 straight games in regulation.
The goalie match up tonight features Jaroslav Halak for the Islanders. Meanwhile, Pekka Rinne will be in net for Nashville. If you recall, when these two teams played at the Coliseum a couple weeks ago, the Islanders put up 5 goals on Rinne.
The Islanders lineup will see two changes tonight from Tuesdays loss in Dallas. With Matt Martin suspended, Eric Boulton will play his first game in a really long time on fourth line wing. Additionally, with Casey Cizikas back in the lineup, Kael Mouillierat will be a healthy scratch tonight.
