According to Chris Botta, Andrew Barroway and Charles Wang have a verbal agreement with each other over the sale price of the Islanders. Botta says from what he understands to not be surprised if the amount exceeds 400 million dollars.
While more still needs to happen this is certainly a big step forward in terms of this getting done.
