Tonight, our Islanders simply forgot to show up on the way to a 6-0 loss at the hands of the Minnesota Wild. Here are some of my notes from the game:
-Even though he didn't have any points tonight, Anders Lee still had a lot of chances. Kid continues to impress!
-Czuczman was alright for his NHL debut. In my mind, the kid didn't do anything that stuck out as bad which for a defenseman is usually good.
-Great to see Moulson back, poetic justice for him to score two goals including the game winner.
-For such a big guy, Nilsson sure loves to make himself small in net.
Tonight was one of the worst games the team has played in a long time. Just up and down the line it was bad all around. Now they have five days off to digest it as they prepare for their next game:
Next Game: Sunday 1:00PM VS Columbus
