Tonight, our Islanders fell to the Lightning by a score of 3-2 in a shootout. Here are some of my notes from the game:
-Nabokov had a second good game in a row, trying to cement his case as a backup for next season.
-Stromes line in unlikely fashion is pretty solid offensively, they with their hard checking style often have good shifts.
-Kevin Czuczman had a good rebound game after a rough game in Carolina.
-One of the longest shootouts in recent memory tonight, those who don't like shootouts must not watch ones like tonight very often.
In rare fashion we fell in a road game tonight, even with 10 rookies in our lineup we managed to hang in there with a veteran team fighting for a playoff spot.
Next Game: Saturday @ Home VS NJD
