Tonight, our Islanders finish their regular season by traveling to Buffalo to take on Ryan Miller and the Sabres.
The goalie matchup tonight features Evgeni Nabokov for the Islanders and the Sabres goalie has yet to be announced.
The Islanders lineup will look a little bit different tonight with Thomas Hickey returning to the lineup. In his place Lubomir Visnovsky will be resting tonight.
Not sure why Eric Boulton is in this game, especially after his mindless penalty last night costed the team the first goal. After last nights loss, tonights game represents a badly needed win for the Islanders. A loss tonight all but assures the team 8th place in the conference which means the Penguins in round one. However, with a win tonight and a little help tomorrow the team could reach as high as 6th. Tune in at 7:00 to see if the Islanders can come out and pick up a big win and head into the playoffs on the right track.
