According to Newsday, 4 bids were placed part of Nassau Countys RFP for a new Coliseum.
These bids came from Ed Blumenfeld of Syosset who lost out to Donald Monti on the first RFP for this property last year. Also placing bids were the Madison Square Garden Company, the Barclays Center also made a strong bid according to Chris Botta. Lastly, an unidentified developer also placed a bid.
