The goalie matchup tonight features Martin Brodeur for the Devils, and Evgeni Nabokov for the Islanders.
The Devils have sent enforcer Cam Janssen to Albany of the AHL with forward Adam Henrique returning to their roster. Both Henrique and defenseman Adam Larsson will make their season debuts tonight.
For the Islanders, enforcer Eric Boulton will be dressing in place of the suspended Colin McDonald. Casey Cizikas will be taking McDonalds spot on the third line with Boulton joining the fourth line alongside Matt Martin and Marty Reasoner.
