Islanders Sign Lee To Qualifying Offer

According to reports, the Islanders have signed restricted free agent Anders Lee to a one year qualifying offer worth $850,000.  Lee is the first of a couple restricted free agents the Islanders need to make decisions on this summer.

Last season, in 22 games for the Islanders Lee had 14 points including 9 goals.  Additionally, in Bridgeport Lee had 41 points in 54 games including 22 goals.  At that pace, he would've shattered the mark for most goals by a Bridgeport rookie set by Brock Nelson in the 12/13 season.

As to one of their own players, appears that #Isles RFA Anders Lee will be taking his QO on a one-year deal for next season.
