According to Newsday, the Islanders have sent out qualifying offers to all their restricted free agents. They include:
Travis Hamonic
Josh Bailey
Kevin Poulin
Thomas Hickey
David Ullstrom
Brett Gallant
Last week, Ullstrom signed in the KHL for a reported 1.4 million dollars and the qualifying offer would allow the Islanders to retain his North American rights.
