Meet Islanders Draftee Griffin Reinhart

With the 4th overall pick in last nights draft, the Islanders surprised some and took 6'4 defenseman Griffin Reinhart.  With the pick of a defenseman in the first round it marks the first time since taking Wade Redden in the first round that the Islanders selected a defenseman in the first round. 

Reinhart according to scouts is a good two way defenseman who makes a very good first pass out of the zone.  Although given his size some say they would like to see a more physical nature to his game.  Reinhart has all the tools to be a top defenseman in this league for years to come, there are some who question weather or not he will be able to put it together though.  If he can, this will make for one heck of a draft pick for the Islanders.
